This strain lives up to its name (which, while common, is no guarantee). This heavy indica is a hybrid of parents OG Kush and XXX (which itself may be a cross of Chemdawg and Sweet Tooth), and it’s just as “dangerous” as it sounds – meaning you’ll get very stoned.
After just one hit, I was zoned out. I don’t know how much time passed until I got my second hit as I was completely absorbed in the show I was watching on Netflix. With the second goal, the battle on the bench was all too real. And by the third, it was time to get off the couch and crawl into bed.
I struggle with both arthritis and insomnia so when I came across this indica I was more than excited to try it out. This strain was able to ease the stiffness in my knees and ankles (a real problem point I have at night) and gently rock me into a deep sleep.
Dosage is key with this strain – if you just want a nice indica high and spend a few hours watching cartoons, I would recommend a very small amount; it doesn’t take long for you to fall asleep or even pass out on the surface that surrounds you.
Appearance: Medium sized, bright green buds are slightly matted and covered in long, hairy orange trichomes.
Effects: Calming, relaxing, stress and pain relieving and extreme sleepiness.
Flavour: The bud’s aroma is a sweet, earthy blend of citrus and pine.
Taste: The taste is predominantly earthy with some lemon undertones.
Medical Applicability: Insomnia, arthritis, nausea and chronic pain.
General impression: If you’re looking for something to eliminate pain (or yourself), this is a great strain. However, it is a hard-hitter, so be sure to proceed with caution.
