We all know cannabis can make you are hungry, but rare is the bud that makes you want to eat the flower itself. Norcal Farmz’s “Orange Sherbet” strain is that outlier, which has such intense citrus notes that it should almost be required that each can comes with a cup of freshly squeezed orange juice. Did I say look? That’s right! I’m not one to turn my nose up at a mason jar, but there’s something practical and entertaining about the tin-nut look of Norcal Farmz’s packaging. The cans are also nitrogen-tight, which, if nothing else, promises longer freshness. As an experience, the “Orange Sherbet” is very light and satisfying. The physical effects were negligible at best, usually leaving a cerebral, dreamy head high that is perfect for enjoying on the go or smoking if you have something important to do in the near future.
Buds of medium size, rather dense, mostly matted.
Wonderfully citrus-scented, with notes of pine.
I used a PAX 3 to sample the “Orange Sherbet”, and the flavor wasn’t strong enough to overcome the normal vaporized smoke flavor you get with devices like the PAX 3.
Mild and short. With 27.03 percent THC and just 0.03 percent CBD, this strain is great for a quick session in between activities, but probably less than ideal for those looking for a lingering and complicated high.
May be helpful for acute anxiety and minor aches and pains such as headaches.
“Orange Sherbet” will knock you down, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want. The smell is heavenly and the effect is very pleasant, if it lacks power.
